Mr. Mutka is a registered civil engineer with more than twenty years in the engineering and construction fields. During his education he contributed his services as a draftsman to Fleetwood Aluminum (Corona, CA) and as a Draftsman and Assistant Project Manager to Werner Engineering (Corona, CA). After obtaining his degree and prior to joining DBA, Mr. Mutka served as Project Manager and Senior Engineer for a leading structural engineering firm in Riverside, CA.
Mr. Mutka has developed the skills necessary to manage and complete multiple projects accurately, on schedule and under budget. He is detail oriented, creative in finding practical solutions to complex structures and enjoys working with the client and/or contractor so that all parties involved are ultimately satisfied with the project outcome.
